Balat Davar appears as a guardsman in Sebarial's uniform, chatting with Eylita and a friend on a balcony. The detail that defines him most clearly is his tendency to enjoy others' pain, lending his casual presence a cruel edge. He is later referenced in a fabricated memory of a garden meeting; no fuller arc is given here.
Description
Balat is identified as a male guardsman, but his age, build, complexion, hair, eyes, and facial features are not described. His known attire is a uniform associated with Sebarial. The text offers no further visual details, while his manner is noted for an unsettling pleasure in others' pain.
