Ishar is one of the Heralds, and his place in the ancient Oathpact gives his name grave significance. He is believed to hold that the bond may endure so long as even one Herald remains bound to it. The book offers no further account of his actions or personal transformation.
Description
The text identifies Ishar as a male Herald centuries old but provides no concrete description of his face, hair, eyes, complexion, height, build, or attire. No distinguishing marks or accessories are established. His appearance should therefore remain unspecified rather than be assigned invented details.
