Queen Fen appears among the leaders gathered in coalition, bringing the authority of her crown to a tense exchange of powers. She later advises Dalinar on his essay seeking relations with the honorspren, lending her counsel to his diplomatic effort. The text offers only a brief glimpse of her, but her distinctive appearance and measured political presence make her stand out.
Description
Queen Fen’s most memorable feature is the pair of white ringlets that form her eyebrows, an unusual flourish that frames her face. She wears a bright skirt covered in patterned designs, its vividness lending her a visible spark of ceremony. Her bearing is assured and queenly, composed without seeming distant. Other details of her face, hair, coloring, and build are not specified in the text.
