Highprince Roion appears among the ruling lighteyes, a tall and carefully groomed presence at the king’s table. Dalinar seeks an alliance with him, but Roion refuses, keeping his distance from Dalinar’s designs. His name later remains associated with the highprince’s camp, a reminder of the divided loyalties shaping the war’s command.
