Ulina is a cultist leader tied to the Sons of Honor conspiracy, appearing among those who work in secrecy beneath the symbol of the Double Eye of the Almighty. Her concealed presence and recognizable voice draw Shallan’s attention, while the bright broam she carries gives her an almost ritual air. She remains a figure of hidden loyalties and guarded intentions.
Description
Ulina’s face is entirely concealed beneath a dark hood, with only eyeholes visible; no further facial features are described. She wears black robes embroidered with the Double Eye of the Almighty, their severe folds giving her a solemn, ceremonial silhouette. In her hand she carries a diamond broam that shines with striking brightness. Her covered form and measured presence make her difficult to read.
