Yanagawn begins as a young emperor whose lanky, adolescent presence stands out at the coalition meeting, where he speaks excellent Alethi. As Aqasix, he bears the weight of imperial ceremony while retaining the easy habits of a youth, from removing his elaborate headdress to eating nuts from his pocket. His place among the leaders suggests a growing role in the wider world, though the text offers little detail about his personal arc.
Description
Yanagawn is a lanky teenage boy, his height carrying the slightly awkward suggestion of someone still growing. He wears oversized robes topped by a mantle of heavy cloth and an ornate headdress, whose formality contrasts with his youthful frame. His manner can seem relaxed amid the ceremony, and the text does not specify his hair, eyes, complexion, or facial features.
