Zahel serves as a swordmaster and trainer, teaching Adolin katas, sword forms, and even the discipline of parade rest. His lessons leave their mark through repetition and exacting practice, while his own ease with movement suggests experience far beyond a conventional instructor’s. Beneath the unruly beard and worn robe, he remains a figure of measured skill and hard-to-read depth.
Description
Zahel is a man with an untamed beard and a relaxed, unpolished presence. He commonly wears an old, worn breechtree-cotton robe secured by a rope belt; brightly colored scarves are among the cloths associated with him. His skin can appear smooth as a child’s or furrowed like a grandfather’s, while his height, build, hair color, and eye color are not specified.
