Jandraligeli, or Ligeli, serves as a supporting figure in Horza's crew, a tall thin middle-aged Mondlicidian with deepening scar marks on face and forehead, armed with a sparkling clean laser rifle and suit. He appears in key scenes from mountains to ships, arms crossed against bulkheads, before being referenced as an ex-member. His arc fades into mentions, emblematic of the transient alliances in the Idiran-Culture war.
