The Half-Mast barkeep serves deftly during Skarpi's storytelling, pouring Fallows red into clay cups and gathering coins with skill. Later, he stammers behind the bar offering fallow white from barrels, counting payments amid tension. A minor fixture in Tarbean's underbelly, he fades into the background after these brief tavern scenes.
