Makéev looks worn down before he has said a word, with the bleary, pinched expression of someone running short on patience and rest. His red hair and flushed face give him a vivid, unmistakable look, especially when smoke makes him squint and blink.

Makéev appears briefly as a Russian assistant to a doctor, already wearing a fagged-out expression. Later, smoke catches at his eyes, making him screw them up and blink. The glimpses leave him as a practical, weary figure caught in the strain of his surroundings.
Description
Makéev has red hair and a red, flushed face. His expression is fagged out, and in smoky surroundings he screws up his eyes and blinks repeatedly. No details are given about his build or clothing; his tired face and smoke-irritated gaze are his clearest visual markers.
