The Frog-Footman serves in the Duchess’s household, where his round face, wide eyes, and ceremonially curled hair make him as memorable as his fish-faced counterpart. He receives Alice with the unhurried formality of a servant, even as the household around him dissolves into nonsense. His brief encounter embodies Wonderland’s talent for making the extraordinary seem like routine etiquette.
Description
A male footman with a round face and large eyes that give him a distinctly frog-like appearance. His hair is powdered and curled all over his head, carefully arranged in the fashionable style of a formal servant. He wears livery and carries himself with a composed, dutiful air, though his wide-eyed features make him look perpetually surprised. The Frog-Footman has a round face, large eyes like a frog, and eyes set nearly at the top of his head. Powdered hair curls all over his head, and he wears livery. His exact coloring and build are not specified; his wide-eyed, skyward stare gives him his distinctive presence.
