Description
A fearsome, fantastical monster with a powerful, tooth-lined jaw and long, grasping claws. Its eyes glow like living flames as it moves through a dark, tangled forest; its exact body shape is left open, but its presence is imposing and uncanny, like a dragon-like creature from a dream. The Jabberwock is identified as a creature with eyes of flame, glimpsed moving through a tulgey wood. The text gives no clear account of its body, size, coloring, face, or limbs. Its defining visual impression is the burning gaze and the sense of swift, strange motion through the trees.
