Karev appeared as a fourth-year student already known for his demagoguery and tendency to ingratiate himself with those in power. His single appearance established him as someone who used words as tools for advancement rather than conviction.
Description
His features are conventionally attractive, the kind of face that draws attention without demanding it. There's nothing distinctive about his build or coloring, only the practiced ease of someone who has learned to navigate social currents.
