Runochkin serves as editor of the wall newspaper, his small, bow-legged figure becoming a familiar presence in student gatherings. Despite his physical limitations, he moves through the political landscape with surprising agility, always seeming pleased when official attention turns his way.
Description
A small, bow-legged young man with a crossed or squinting eye that gives him a distinctive appearance. When he speaks, he tends to turn and tilt his head slightly. His modest stature and awkward gait make him immediately recognizable among his peers.
