Савелий Кусков
Also known as Savely, Савелий
- Minor
- First seen · Book 1 · Ch. 21
There's a haunting stillness to him, the way he lies motionless for hours before suddenly rising, his thin frame barely filling the worn coat that hangs from his shoulders. His presence carries the weight of someone who has learned to move through the world without being noticed.

Savely Kuskov appears as a fellow prisoner whose emaciated form and worn clothing mark him as someone worn down by circumstance. He demonstrates the wall-tapping communication method used among prisoners, and his sudden outbursts of singing reveal a spirit not entirely broken by his conditions.
Description
Thin and emaciated with a frail build, he wears a worn demi-season coat that hangs loosely from his bony frame, paired with torn boots and a faded cap. His pale skin stretches over sharp, hollow features, and his movements are either completely still or sudden and disoriented.
