Linda’s long dress gives her a gentle, composed silhouette, but her strikingly youthful appearance unsettles first impressions. She seems less like the mother one expects and more like someone who could share a sibling’s secrets.

Linda Evans is Tim’s mother, though her notably youthful appearance makes her seem closer to his age than the usual image of a parent. Known affectionately as Aunt Li, she enters the story with a presence that complicates easy assumptions about family and age. Her long dress and youthful air make her a memorable figure from the outset.
Description
Linda is a young woman whose appearance is unusually youthful, making her seem more like Tim’s sister than his mother. She wears a long dress that gives her a soft, flowing outline. Her precise coloring, hairstyle, facial features, and build are not specified, so her defining visual quality is the striking contrast between her role as a mother and her fresh, almost sisterly appearance.
