Lotan is not a person but a distant federation, its name carrying the chill of a vast political power beyond humanity’s familiar borders. It feels less like an individual presence than a looming, unfamiliar horizon.

Lotan is an interstellar federation at war with humanity, a hostile state rather than an individual character. Its role is defined by the conflict between civilizations, not by any described leader or representative. The text provides no personal appearance or culture to attach to the name.
Description
Lotan is a political entity, not a person with an individual body or appearance: it is an interstellar federation. No architecture, species, emblem, or visual design is established in the supplied description. Its only clear visual implication is the scale and remoteness of a hostile civilization beyond humanity’s own.
