Mokrets is more rumor than face: a name associated with rain, bad weather, and a pattern so chillingly particular that it unsettles long after the storm has passed. The absence of a clear image makes him all the more difficult to put out of mind.

Mokrets is the nickname of an uncaught serial killer who committed eleven murders during periods of rainy, stormy weather. His victims were people living their first incarnation, described as “pure souls.” The account presents him as a past threat whose identity and appearance remain unknown, leaving no personal history or resolution to soften the unease around his name.
Description
No physical appearance is provided for Mokrets. The text does not specify his age, height, build, complexion, hair, eyes, facial features, or clothing, and his nickname should not be treated as a visual description.
