Richard is a twenty-year-old thought-cinematographer surviving in a city choked by pollution, his face sealed behind a respirator and a hunting crossbow close at hand. His work and his surroundings make perception itself feel like a precarious kind of labor. He stands as an alert, resourceful young man shaped by a world in which clean air and safety are scarce.
Description
Richard is twenty, a young man whose face is largely hidden by a tightly fitted protective respirator. His build and coloring are not specified; the mask leaves his visible features difficult to read, lending his gaze an especially watchful quality. He wears practical clothing suited to a polluted, hostile city and carries a hunting crossbow slung over his shoulder. The overall impression is guarded and capable, a solitary figure softened and partly obscured by the surrounding smog.
