Naru Cassias Arelius begins as a poised, elegantly dressed young Underlord whose silver bracer and slender sword mark him as a disciplined Arelius scion. Across the series he transitions from Eithan’s subordinate to a figure whose loyalty and marriage to Naru Jing place him at the intersection of two great houses, his refined presence underscoring both personal and political stakes as the wider world grows more dangerous.
