Sky's Mercy first appears in Blackflame as a legendary, long-lost Imperial treasure said to have been forged by the original Aurelius Monarch. Across the later volumes it evolves from a mythic relic into a living, semi-sentient artifact that actively chooses its wielder, revealing ever-deeper layers of authority over wind, lightning, and spatial folding. Its bond with Lindon transforms it from a passive amplifier into a strategic trump card that can open rifts, redirect Monarch-level attacks, and even shelter entire allied forces during the final siege of Moongrave.
