He greets you with a wide, greasy grin behind the bar, his bulk filling the space like a comfortable fixture in the tavern's haze. There's a world-weary warmth in his eyes, even as shock flickers beneath. You feel the pull of stories untold in his heaving laughter.

Fitz, the large bald human barkeep at The One-Eyed Narwhal, starts as a welcoming Level-30 innkeeper in Chapters 13-17, far fatter than his sign's unzipping pants logo suggests. His jovial grins turn to wide-eyed shock and tears upon witnessing GumGum's gruesome death by krasue. As a background everyman, he captures the dungeon's toll on ordinary NPCs, rubbing his eyes in grief amid the carnage.
Description
Large and bald, this middle-aged Level-30 human male is twice as fat as his inn's sign depicts, with an unzipping pants logo nodding to his trade. His average build carries substantial weight, face often grinning welcomingly or wide with shock, later crying as he rubs his eyes. He wears a barkeep apron over simple clothes, standing solidly behind the counter of The One-Eyed Narwhal.
