The air around her carries a whiff of liniment and sour resolve, talons busy with odd treasures. There's a frantic tenderness in her grip that belies the sharpness of her gaze.
Miss Quill first appears in Book 2 as a Level 30 skyfowl neighborhood boss masquerading as a harmless elderly receptionist. Her sour demeanor and covert control over the magistrate Remex mark her as the true quest villain of Carl’s Doomsday Scenario. She meets her end in a dynamite explosion, her body entombed beneath debris marked with an X.
