Over subsequent books the station evolves from a mere waypoint into a nexus of rebellion logistics, its cramped platforms repurposed for supply caches, ambush staging grounds, and clandestine meetings between rival factions. By the later arcs, the station’s once-sterile corridors bear the scars of sabotage and makeshift barricades, symbolizing how the crawlers have transformed the AI’s infrastructure into the backbone of their insurgency.
