A massive 25-by-10-foot riveted brass porthole offers a view of the underwater world while the 45-degree tilted room holds a central command throne, swinging chandelier, carved railings, and a faded mural. The space conveys decayed grandeur under the ocean.

The Akula Bridge debuts in book 4 as a striking underwater locale within the dungeon, merging the utilitarian bridge of a Star Trek starship with the opulent trappings of a Victorian restaurant. Now ravaged by rust, mold, water damage, and peeling surfaces, the space retains echoes of its former grandeur through elements like a massive riveted brass porthole, a central command throne, and a faded mural.
