Carrod drifts in blue robes like a shadow unbound, his empty gaze pulling at the edges of your mind with chill vacancy. The air around him feels thinner, his voice a hollow echo that lingers unnaturally.

Carrod began as a skilled member of Regal's coterie, his personality eroded by the Skill's relentless drain, eyes growing vacant as he channeled pain into Fitz alongside Will and Burl. Collapsing in writhing agony from counter-Skill assaults, he perished rotting silently from a final devastating attack. His arc traces the coterie's tragic erosion, from tool of tyranny to discarded husk in the Skill's merciless wars.
