Velius is a powerful diamond-ranker from beyond Pallimustus, and an old acquaintance of Shade. He discusses Asano and astral beings with Raythe, often meeting the subject with an exasperated groan, shake of the head, or eye roll. Later, he leads a group down a shaft and follows Shade through a tunnel, remaining unaffected by the aura’s effects.
Description
Velius is a dark-skinned male Celestine with silver eyes and a huge, unmistakable silver afro. His expressive face readily shifts into a groan, a head shake, or a rolling glance, lending him an air of wry impatience. His build and clothing are not specified; his composed presence suggests someone accustomed to command.
