Buccelin led the Alemanni forces in their invasion of Italy, returning north with treasure only to succumb to a strange disease. His death marked the end of one of the last great barbarian incursions into Roman territory, though his brother Lothaire would later receive imperial dignity in the partition of empire that included Lorraine and Arles.
Description
A warrior of Frankish and Alemanni heritage with the robust build of a military leader. His fair Germanic features and rugged complexion speak of a life spent in northern campaigns. He wears the leather armor and fur trim typical of barbarian nobility, carrying himself with the commanding presence of one accustomed to leading men into battle.
