Felicissimus was a slave entrusted with employment in the imperial finances who instigated a rebellion of mint workers against Emperor Aurelian. A controversial figure who had been expelled from the Christian church in Carthage by Cyprian, he led the mint workers in revolt before being suppressed by Aurelian.
Description
A middle-aged man with weathered olive skin and a stocky, civilian build. His face shows the marks of a life of labor, with calculating eyes that suggest intelligence beyond his station. He wears simple, practical clothing appropriate to his work in the imperial mint, his presence marked by the restless energy of one who has spent too long in service to others.
