There's a brittle arrogance in his bearing, as if the weight of the tiara has already begun to shape his features into something harder. His eyes flicker with the restless energy of one who has known both power and fear.

Hormouz IV, also known as Hormouz (Hormisdas), was the son and successor of Chosroes I Nushirvan. As a young monarch, he affected daily use of the tiara, his childish vanity leading to a blood-stained palace and tribunals, and he was eventually deposed by Bahram.
Description
A young adult Persian monarch with a vain, youthful face, olive skin, and dark, carefully styled hair. His bright eyes and elaborate tiara, adorned with jewels and symbols of power, are framed by richly embroidered robes, conveying both the trappings of royalty and the shadow of his reputation.
