Pope Clement V, born Bertrand de Got and formerly Archbishop of Bordeaux, was elevated to the papacy through French political maneuvering. His most significant act was the relocation of the papal court from Rome to Avignon, establishing the period known as the Avignon Papacy that would last for decades.

Description

A middle-aged French cleric with fair skin, dressed in the white papal robes and distinctive red mozzetta of his office. His features reflect both his origins as Archbishop of Bordeaux and his current status as supreme pontiff, carrying himself with the formal dignity of papal authority.
