Reginald of Châtillon began as a soldier of fortune who seized a fortress on the edge of the desert, from which he pillaged caravans and threatened the holy cities of Mecca and Medina. His defiance of Saladin led to his execution, struck on the head with a scimitar after refusing to acknowledge the prophet.
Description
A Crusader knight whose appearance reflects years of desert warfare. His armor bears the marks of constant campaigning, and his bearing carries the hardened confidence of a man who has lived by seizing what he needs from hostile lands.
