There's something formidable in the way this Arabian commander carries himself—dauntless, skilled, and utterly certain of his purpose. His presence suggests a man accustomed to leading men across vast distances, with the quiet authority of one who has earned his command through proven ability.

Tarik ibn Ziyad began as a dauntless and skilful Arabian soldier who rose to command twelve thousand Saracens in the invasion of Spain. His military prowess and leadership were recognized across the Islamic conquests, yet his story took a tragic turn when he suffered public scourging by command of Musa, transforming the hero into a figure subjected to public indignity.
Description
Tarik possesses the weathered appearance of a desert warrior, with a strong, commanding build suited to military leadership. His middle-aged features bear the marks of campaigns across harsh terrain, dark hair and beard framing a face that radiates authority. He carries himself with the confident presence of one who has led thousands into battle, his traditional Saracen attire reflecting both his cultural heritage and military status.
