Lord Coll begins as a disgraced, drunken former military man, slumped among stale beer and the wreckage of his former life. With renewed purpose, he regains a measure of steadiness and returns to the road in armor, though age, injury, and hardship remain visible in his movements. His relationship with Crokus and the people around him helps draw him back toward responsibility, and he becomes once more a figure capable of acting rather than merely enduring.

Description

Coll is a burly, older man with thinning hair and a rounded face, often described as red from drink or pale when unwell. His broad, heavy presence can seem unsteady, though at times his gaze and tread acquire a renewed firmness. In his most recognizable traveling appearance, he wears brigandine armor, arm and leg greaves, a mail coif and helmet, with a bastard sword at his hip. His battered bearing suggests a military past worn down but not entirely erased.
