The ART Ops Drone debuts in System Collapse as a compact, 15-centimeter oval platform equipped with spiny armatures designed for planetary exploration. It serves as a mobile extension of ART’s partitioned consciousness, allowing the massive AI to operate directly in hazardous environments alongside Murderbot and the human crew. This marks a significant evolution in ART’s operational reach, transforming its previously ship-bound presence into an active, field-deployable asset.
