He has the air of a man accustomed to the hard edges of authority, though age and a heavier build soften his outline. Beneath the blue cap, his pallor and watchful reserve make him seem vulnerable to the room’s shifting power.

Stefano ti Gregorovich appears in Iron Gold as a veteran Gray Watchman whose brief but telling moments reveal the quiet moral calculus of Republic service. When confronted by Agilla au Vorelius’s threat, he pales yet still climbs into the wagon to free Lyria, showing that fear does not eclipse his sense of duty. His handshake with Philippe and swift cooperation in averting an unjust arrest mark him as one of the Republic’s unsung stabilizers—men whose small acts of conscience keep the new order from fracturing under its own weight.
Description
Gregorovich is an older, heavyset Gray man with a weathered, official bearing. He wears a blue cloth cap and a gray uniform fastened with a titanium badge depicting a blindfolded woman holding a star, the Republic’s emblem. His face is noted as pale when under pressure; other details such as hair, eye color, and facial markings are not specified. His uniform and guarded manner give him the unmistakable look of a career Watchman. Stefano is described only as an older Gray man serving as a Watchman. The text gives no specific details of his height, build, complexion, hair, eyes, or clothing. His paling under threat is the only noted change in his appearance.
