Vanna

Minor

Freckles glares with a fire that belies her youth, freckles dancing across her face like stars in a stormy sky. There's a raw defiance in her stance that pulls you into her quiet storm of resolve.

Vanna, affectionately known as Freckles, emerges in the Red Rising Saga as a resilient young Red girl thrust into the brutal crucible of war, her evolution encapsulating the unyielding grit of her caste. From a novice enduring grim tasks like teeth-pulling amid the chaos of Dark Age, she confronts unimaginable horrors with a brave gallows stare, staining her dress with her husband's blood while armed with pistol and vibroKnife. Culminating in a triumphant stagger under stolen Gold armor, razors and mops in hand, Vanna symbolizes the Red spirit forged and unbreakable through atrocity.

Physical Description

Freckles is a freckle-faced Red girl in her early twenties with slender build and tangled hair framing a dazed or defiant expression. A dark stain mars the right side of her dress, and she often grips a tarnished pistol or vibroKnife. Later scenes show her staggering under the weight of an enormous Gold breastplate, looking sheepish while handling mops and razors. Her presence mixes vulnerability with emerging hardness.
