Old Tokyo emerges in the Red Rising Saga as a sprawling, neon-drenched megacity on Earth that serves as the Syndicate’s primary base of operations. Across the series, it transitions from a shadowy underworld hub to a strategic battleground where the fate of the Solar Republic’s control over Earth is contested. Its evolution mirrors the larger conflict between the rising Republic and the entrenched criminal syndicates, culminating in a high-stakes showdown that reshapes the power dynamics on the planet.
