Jackal Scepter

The Jackal Scepter first appears in Morning Star as a custom-made gold retractable scepter bearing a jackal skull atop a Society pyramid, gifted by Darrow to the newly ascended ArchGovernor of Mars, Adrius au Augustus. This symbolic weapon of authority marks the Jackal's rise to power and his formal acceptance into the highest echelons of the Society. Throughout the series, the scepter serves as both a physical emblem of the Jackal's brutal regime and a psychological tool of intimidation, representing the corruption of traditional Gold authority.
