Drehy is all long limbs and quiet strength, a blond bridgeman whose faint regional accent gives his voice a distinctive edge. He has the unshowy presence of someone used to work and watchfulness, yet there is a steadiness in him that invites a second look.

Drehy begins as one of the bridgemen in Kaladin’s crew, witnessing the risks and upheavals that reshape their daily lives. He stands by Kaladin when others question him and becomes part of Bridge Four, joining its training and enduring the punishing work of the chasms. By the end, he is one of the crew whose loyalty and shared labor help make the group feel like something more than a unit of expendable men.

Description

Drehy is a lanky man with long limbs and visible muscle, his build shaped by the demands of bridge work. His hair is blond; the text does not specify his eye color or detailed facial features. He typically wears simple, worn bridgeman clothing, practical rather than distinctive, and carries himself with a reserved steadiness. A faint accent from Rianal is his most notable personal detail beyond his appearance.
