Mourning is mentioned as a rhythm that Venli attunes while crying and that Rlain also attunes. It is not presented here as a character with a physical form or personal arc; its significance rests in the grief and shared resonance its name evokes.
Description
Mourning is described only as a rhythm, not as a physical character. No body, face, coloring, clothing, or distinguishing features are provided. It should be represented, if at all, through an abstract visual impression of subdued cadence and sorrow rather than a literal figure.
