Mraize’s peculiar green bird is one of the unsettling oddities associated with its master, more observant and capable than an ordinary chicken. It stands upright, mimics a whistle, and behaves with strange, almost humanlike mannerisms. Its appearance hints at the wider world’s unfamiliar and often uncanny creatures, though little of its nature is explained.
Description
A compact, vividly green bird stands upright, its bright feathers layered thickly over a small, sturdy body. A large hooked beak dominates its face, lending its attentive, still gaze a sharp and faintly uncanny quality. When cold, it puffs its plumage and hunches low, but otherwise carries itself with an almost personlike poise.
