Notum is an honorspren who appears in the shape of a tall, sturdy Alethi man and initially holds himself with the reserve of a captain. As he accompanies the others, his formal composure gives way to a warmer, more cheerful manner, and his loyalty becomes unmistakable. Multiple spear and sword wounds leave his glowing white-blue form dulled to brown-white, with mist bleeding from him, but he continues to stand by those he has chosen to aid. His courage and growing trust make him more than a guide: he becomes a steadfast ally whose honor is tested and proved.

Description

Notum’s physical form is that of a tall, sturdy Alethi man with close-cropped hair, a beard marked by prominent sideburns, and a thin mustache. His body has a luminous white-blue cast, though it can appear dulled to brown-white, with white-blue mist issuing from wounds. He wears simple, practical clothing—a buttoned shirt and trousers or a plain uniform—and carries himself with upright, composed formality. A bridle of twisted threads and a grand white steed are associated with his mounted appearance.
