As head Azish vizier, Noura helps guide coalition deliberations with the calm authority of someone accustomed to weighing difficult choices. She confers with the Azish emperor and voices regret over Taravangian, then later bows to the Prime and takes her deliberately lower place among the gathered monarchs. Her measured presence and sense of duty endure even as the political order around her shifts.
Description
Noura is an Azish woman with long hair greying through its length, wound into a braid that emerges from beneath a cap. Her clothing is strikingly colorful: the cap and contrasting coat are filled with a multitude of patterns and hues. She carries herself with deliberate calm and the composed authority of a practiced stateswoman, making her vivid attire seem an expression of confidence rather than ornament alone.
