Dannil Lewin looks as if the road has left him leaner than he ought to be, but his hooked nose and unruly, thick moustache make him hard to mistake. He has the tense, watchful energy of a man who would rather be ready than comfortable, with a bowman's care in every movement.

A young Two Rivers archer, Dannil becomes one of Perrin's commanders among the Two Rivers bowmen. His nervous habit of fussing with his thick moustache gives way to purposeful leadership when he is entrusted with raising the alarm. He rides at the head of the archers with a longbow, guarding its string against the snow as carefully as he guards the people depending on him.
Description
Dannil is a lean, somewhat gaunt young man with a hooked nose and a thick, bushy moustache that looks almost comically large on his face. He wears practical Two Rivers clothing, adding a warm hood in bitter weather, and carries himself with a bowman's alertness. His longbow is a constant, carefully tended piece of his appearance, its string protected from wet snow.
