Escaralda is a Brown sister and a Sitter, a petite woman whose regal bearing gives her stature beyond her height. She argues forcefully for the importance of historical knowledge, invoking the ancient circles that once included men. Her firm voice and unyielding conviction make her a determined presence in the councils of the Aes Sedai.
Description
Escaralda is a petite, short woman, standing several inches below Nisao, yet she carries herself with strikingly regal posture. Her bearing is composed and authoritative, and she has a high-pitched voice with notable strength behind it. She adjusts her shawl as she speaks; the text does not specify its color or style, nor her hair, eyes, complexion, or facial features.
