Fridwin Rose is a broad-shouldered, one-legged veteran who gets around confidently on a wooden crutch cushioned with wool. His well-worn jacket bears the polished trace of years of use against it. When he meets visitors, he answers with a wide grin and a courteous bow, leaving the impression of a soldier whose cheer has survived long service.
Description
Fridwin is an older, broad-shouldered man, his veteran’s build sturdy rather than delicate. One leg is missing, and he moves with assurance using a wooden crutch fitted with a wool pad. His close-fitting jacket is practical and worn, one sleeve rubbed smooth and shiny by contact with the crutch. A wide grin and a polite, measured manner lend him a welcoming presence; his hair, eyes, and coloring are not specified.
