Lord Luc is an Andoran lord and the brother of Tigraine Mantear, though he is encountered only indirectly in the material described here. He is also associated with a traveling show, and his famously garish taste in clothing makes him stand out even in mention. His place in the wider story is shadowed by the uncertainty surrounding his identity and role.
Description
The text offers little direct description of Lord Luc’s appearance beyond his conspicuously loud, tasteless style of dress. His clothing is theatrical and flamboyant, fitting his association with a traveling show. No reliable details are given about his build, complexion, hair, eyes, or facial features.
