A murmuring, sometimes laughing presence haunts the edges of Rand's thoughts, at once intimate and impossible to see clearly. There is a ghost of ancient grandeur about him, blurred by madness into something disquieting.

Lews Therin Telamon is the dead man whose voice and indistinct phantom image linger in Rand's mind. Once a tall, dark-haired figure of the Age of Legends, he is now encountered as a mad presence, murmuring and laughing as he reaches toward the cleansed saidin. His connection to Rand makes him both a haunting remnant of the past and an unsettling voice within the present.

Description

As remembered, Lews Therin was a tall man with dark hair and an air of grandeur. In the present, he has no clear physical form: he appears only as a vague phantom image in Rand's consciousness. His features and clothing remain indistinct, leaving the impression of a once-commanding figure blurred into a ghostly presence.
