Nisao is a Yellow sister whose skill and authority cannot always supply the answers she seeks. When Egwene's migraines resist Healing, Nisao is left frustrated by the limits of her craft. Later, the murder of a man who can channel leaves her visibly shaken, and she joins the other sisters as they grapple with its meaning. Her arc here is a quiet collision between professional certainty and fear of what she cannot mend or explain.
Description
Nisao is strikingly tiny, nearly childlike in stature beside the other Aes Sedai, yet she carries herself with a firmness that makes her difficult to overlook. Her face has the ageless smoothness associated with Aes Sedai, and her expression can settle into a hard, composed mask. She wears a road cloak with its hood carefully laid across her shoulders; in one glimpse, yellow velvet lines the hood. Her compact frame and imperious bearing are her most distinctive visual traits.
